The Thai Delicious project was originated from the Thai government's 'Thai Kitchen to the World' campaign in 2012 by the National Innovation Agency (NIA), the Ministry of Science and Technology, and several universities’ food institutes across the country. The project is supervised by national leading chefs, nutritionists, and scientists.
